Cancellation Policy
Please note that any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service booked.
Late Arrival Policy
I offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged 50% of the booked service. You will then need to reschedule your appointment.
